Michelle

Michelle is a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Paramedic with over a decade of experience in emergency medical services. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of areas including field operations, clinical care, and medical operations. With a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care during emergency situations, Michelle is certified by the Arizona Department of Health Services (AZDHS) and holds certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and PHTLS.

Throughout her career, Michelle has demonstrated proficiency in advanced airway management, life-saving interventions, and the proper administration of pharmacological agents. She has a proven track record of rapid assessment and decisive action in critical situations. Michelle's experience extends to leadership roles, having served as a Captain at Guardian Medical Transport from 2014 to 2016.

In addition to her clinical expertise, Michelle has excelled in communication, multitasking, and problem-solving. Her roles have required her to effectively interact with patients, families, hospital staff, and the general public. Michelle has also contributed to the training and development of new and current employees, showcasing her dedication to mentorship and professional growth.

Michelle's career journey includes diverse experiences, from her early days as an Emergency Medical Technician to her current position as a Paramedic. Her background includes roles at Guardian Medical Transport, Flagstaff Medical Center, and Yavapai Regional Medical Center, where she consistently delivered high-quality patient care and contributed to the enhancement of clinical procedures.

Michelle's educational background includes Paramedic Certification from Coconino Community College and an EMT Certificate from Yavapai College. Additionally, she pursued a Personal Training Certification from the American Council on Exercise, highlighting her commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Michelle's dedication, expertise, and passion for excellence make her a valuable asset to any healthcare team.

Patrick

Patrick brings a wealth of experience and dedication to our board. With 7 years of active duty in the Army, including 2 overseas deployments, he honed his leadership skills and commitment to service. Following his military service, Patrick served the Alaska State Troopers for 21 years, showcasing his versatility and dedication in various roles such as Urban and Rural Patrol in Fairbanks, Highway Patrol in Healy, Urban Patrol in Ketchikan and Palmer, and as a K9 handler in Palmer. His expertise expanded further as he took on roles as a K9 handler instructor statewide and later as a Sergeant overseeing urban patrol in Wasilla and Statewide Drug Enforcement. Patrick's commitment to law enforcement excellence extended to his supervisory role with the DEA taskforce in Anchorage.

Currently, Patrick owns a successful construction business in Florida, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and leadership in yet another domain. Beyond his professional pursuits, Patrick finds joy in various hobbies including fishing, skydiving, kayaking, and firearms. His diverse background and unwavering dedication make him a valuable asset to our board.

Casey

Casey started his career with Guardian Medical Transport in 2010 as an EMT. Shortly after he was hired with Camp Navajo Fire Department as a FF/EMT. In 2012 Casey completed his Paramedic certification. During his ten years at GMT he worked as an EMT, Paramedic, and communications tech (dispatcher). In 2014 Casey was hired with the Flagstaff Fire Department and he was recently promoted to the rank of Captain Paramedic. Casey is also a member of the SWAT team as a tactical emergency medic and he serves as a junior fire investigator. He was named Firefighter of the Year during his time at Camp Navajo Fire Department and again with Flagstaff Fire Department. Casey has been heavily involved in the labor efforts of the United Flagstaff Fire Fighters IAFF Local 1505. He has held the positions of Vice President, Executive Vice President, Local President, and Secretary Treasurer.

Educationally, Casey completed an A.A.S in Fire Science from Coconino Community College. That was followed by the completion of a B.S. in Fire Administration and Fire Investigation from Columbia Southern University. He has been an instructor at Coconino Community College for the past 7 years as a lead and assistance instructor for various EMS and Fire Science courses.

Outside of the fire service Casey was born and raised in Flagstaff. He has been married for nineteen years to an elementary school teacher and they have 2 girls. They enjoy traveling, the outdoors, sports, and being with friends and family.

Morgan

Morgan is a seasoned Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, embodying the principles of discipline, resilience, and strategic thinking both on and off the mat. With a passion for empowering others, he works closely with law enforcement and security personnel, sharing his expertise in tactical defense training. His dedication to enhancing safety and preparedness in the community underscores his commitment to service.

As the owner of Insurgent Fitness for over 8 years, Morgan has cultivated a thriving environment where individuals of all levels can hone their physical and mental capabilities. Through his leadership and guidance, he has fostered a supportive community focused on personal growth and achievement.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Morgan is a dedicated martial artist, continuously seeking to refine his skills and expand his knowledge in the realm of self-defense. His unwavering dedication to his craft and his commitment to empowering others make him a respected figure both in the martial arts community and beyond.
